Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner to all our clients. In order to do this we have implemented a appointment/cancellation policy.
We realize life happens and we are all very busy but we ask clients to please notify us 12 hours prior to the appointment time if they cannot make it for their appointment. This gives us time to try and refill the time slot.
If we are not notified prior to your appointment time the full cost of the treatment will be outstanding.
We cannot bill benefit plans for missed appointments.
